Costs shown are OrderGURU's monthly price plus its per order fee. Stripe's card processing fees are charged separately by Stripe on every plan. On a UK card they are usually 1.5% plus 20p, or 1.9% plus 20p for premium cards.

Questions, answered.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No. You can sign up, build your menu and take your first order without paying us a penny. On the paid plans you can cancel whenever you like.
How does the per order fee work?
We take a small percentage of the order value on each order that goes through. Your customer never sees it. If you have a quiet day you pay nothing on that day.
What about card processing fees?
Payments run through Stripe, who charge their own standard card processing fees. They are separate from OrderGURU's fee and are the same as you would pay anywhere else.
Do the paid plans unlock extra features?
No. Every plan includes every feature. The plans only change your per order fee and the level of support, so you can pick whichever works out cheapest for your sales.
How do I know which plan is cheapest for me?
Use the calculator on the pricing page. Put in your typical monthly sales and it shows what each plan would cost.
Can you connect OrderGURU to our other systems?
Yes. We build custom integrations for tills, accounting, stock, couriers, websites and apps. Send us a message describing what you use and we will come back with a plan and a price.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, any time. As your sales grow you can move up to a lower fee, and you can drop back down if things go quiet.
When do I get paid?
Customer payments go straight to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on their normal schedule.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Ordering works in the phone browser. Regulars can add it to their home screen if they want.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Every business gets a free orderguru.net address, and you can connect your own domain as well.
I trade at markets and events. Will it work for me?
That is what it was built for. Start a session for the day, share the QR code, and close it when you pack up.
